STRŽENICA RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

On the edge of the Triglav National Park, at the foot of Bohinj's mountain range, we are building 7 residential properties. In each property there are, at the most, eight flats. A wood is in the immediate locality of the flats, a large green area and the torrential stream Strzenica gives the neighbourhood a particular stamp, the flat dwellers having great opportunities for hiking, recreation and relaxation.

Each property, which is built in the typical Bohinj Alpine style with high two-peaked roof, wooden balconies and semi circular windows, has two storeys with a functional attic. Individual flats are smaller in size from 32 to 64 m2 and it is possible to join them together into a bigger unit. In the cellars are stores and shared areas. Around the building there is parking space, which is covered with a loft space in the design of the Gorenska hayracks.

The flats are arranged so that it is possible on the east side to have a view of the wooded region in the direction of Jelovca and the Soriska mountains, on the west side of Triglav, on the northwest to Pokljuka and on the southwest side to Vogel.
